Dopo un secolo di decadenza e il dopoguerra, tristemente segnato dalla cementificazione del territorio (tanto che fu coniato il neologismo rapallizzazione), questi testimoni di un\u2019et\u00e0 \u00e8 naturalmente protagonista, ma non mancano proposte con carni dell\u2019entroterra (come la cabannina, razza bovina autoctona allevata nella vicina Val d\u2019Aveto) e un menu degustazione vegetariano profumato dalle erbe aromatiche immancabili nella cucina ligure di tradizione.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6cb8c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6cb8c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Nell\u2019estate del 2025, l\u2019<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.splendideriviera.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotel Riviera Splendide<\/a><\/span> ha riaperto dopo un accurato restauro, con il recupero di parte delle decorazioni originali dell\u2019edificio. <\/strong>Nel 1923, nelle sue stanze, alloggi\u00f2 <strong>Ernest Hemingway<\/strong>, che vi ambient\u00f2 il racconto \u201cCat in the Rain\u201d. Con lui c\u2019erano la moglie <strong>Hadley<\/strong> e il pittore <strong>Henry \u201cMike\u201d Strater<\/strong>, sparring partner in duri incontri di boxe, che non si lasci\u00f2 sfuggire l\u2019occasione di effigiare l\u2019amico in due ritratti, poi riprodotti sulle copertine di alcune celebri opere del premio Nobel americano. E a Hemingway si ispira la poetica dell\u2019artista cubano <strong>Diango Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, autore dell\u2019opera \u201cIl canto delle sirene\u201d esposta all\u2019ingresso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
