Alla collezione permanente, che spazia dai reperti etruschi all\u2019arte contemporanea, si affiancano le mostre, come quella attualmente in corso dedicata ai giochi olimpici (<em>aperta fino al 22 marzo, ndr<\/em>), nella quale i reperti antichi dialogano con memorabilia delle Olimpiadi moderne. Un luogo dove si respirano cultura e bellezza, e che nel 2022 Aprea ha scelto per intraprendere un nuovo percorso personale, dopo aver trascorso un decennio alla guida del ristorante <strong>VUN<\/strong> e aver raggiunto il traguardo delle due stelle un progetto che unisce eleganza architettonica e ricerca culinaria, dove la cucina diventa racconto e memoria<\/strong>. Qui lo chef, napoletano di nascita e milanese d\u2019adozione, d\u00e0 forma alla sua visione gastronomica: una sintesi tra tradizione e modernit\u00e0, in cui i sapori del Sud dialogano con l\u2019estetica e il rigore della cucina contemporanea. A pochi mesi dall\u2019apertura arriva la prima stella Michelin, seguita nel 2023 dalla seconda, che riconoscono il locale tra le eccellenze della ristorazione italiana.
